The Process

We provide a free initial consultation to ascertain your objectives for your project. Once the design brief is established, we will carry out a survey of the property to enable us to produce designs for your review and comments. To help with visualizing your project, we produce all drawings in 3D CAD (Computer Aided Design), which allows animations and walk-throughs. Once the plans are finalized, if your project requires planning permission from your local authority, we then submit the drawings and planning application. We work closely with a local planning consultancy should your project require extra support. 

Once planning permission is granted, we then produce construction drawings. This is to obtain approval from Building Control and give the contractors the information they need to provide quotes. We also work with a number of structural engineers, quantity surveyors, and other experts should your project require it.
